I'm a painter and a huge fan of post-punk and new wave, yet strangely, the fact that I loved post-punk was never ever reflected in my paintings until very very recently. Now I get a kick out of making little fanart paintings of my fav musicians in my sketchbook, starting with Talking Heads (that set of paintings was received very well in the TH subreddit), so now of course I have to do Wire, my favorite post-punk band

While I was painting the pictures from my previous post, I was also making a bunch of sketches at the same time, and decided to post them now too cause why not? Big thanks for all of the appreciation for paintings on the previous post btw :D
