I hope this message finds you well. I am writing because I am planning to enrol in a master’s programme focusing on Data Analytics and hence, I am requesting a reduction in my working hours.

First and foremost, I would like to reduce my working hours in order to pursue a course offered by Delhi University specifically designed to help working professionals develop their skills and prepare for more senior positions. The course will also provide me with valuable insights into emerging trends in the technology industry.

As the lectures will be scheduled in the mornings, I may not be able to attend the office during the early hours three times a week. On class days, I would therefore be able to work from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. while maintaining regular working hours on the remaining days.

Given that the curriculum focuses heavily on data analytics, I will be able to contribute to the projects and tasks related to the domain. Moreover, I will also be able to analyse data from previous years and identify useful trends and insights. This could help us make better-informed decisions, improve efficiency and scale our operations.

I am currently preparing for Ielts and facing challenges in writing and speaking, so I am looking for a mentor who may help with this and in exchange I can help in TCF preparation.

I wrote TCF twice and scored 14 , 11 in speaking and 13 in writing both times.

I have written a few IELTS Writing Task 1 letters and have been preparing on my own.

For those who prepared for IELTS independently, what did you use to get reliable feedback on your writing?

Hi, I recently cracked TCF Canada and wanted to keep in touch with the language. Plus, I am currently preparing for IELTS, so if someone can help me with exam specific speaking practice and keeping in touch with French we'll teach you Punjabi / conversational English in exchange.

I recently enrolled for IELTS coaching with a tutor. Before enrolling I have cleared the refund policy and she mentioned “In max 3 days, you can ask for a refund, I'll keep the cost of 3 days, and I'll refund the rest” now i am not satisfied with her teaching and wanted refund after 2 classes but now she is refusing. Hence I am thinking to file complaint with National Consumer Helpline (NHC) India , so will it affect my PR journey more specifically in PCC as currently I am in pool?

I am starting my IELTS preparation and looking for a path which I can follow inorder to achieve minimum 7 band each by first week of September. I am aware with the pattern/format of the exam, just needed some resources / path which I can follow to achieve my target.

Did anyone who took the TCF at the Kolkata centre on 23 June receive their results?

I have 2 years of full time experience after graduating and this 9 months internship I did during last year of bachelor's.

Here is my positions and duties:

1. Software Developer Intern (this I will put into personal history)

- Developed Business Intelligence (BI) solutions with Power BI.

- Conducted Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and Feature Engineering in Python to predict credit scores on financial data.

Now, these were full time roles post graduating.

2. Software Engineer Trainee

- Developed POC of a system using Spring Boot with Elasticsearch and Logstash.

- End-to-end development ,integration and deployment with Java Spring Boot. Implemented secure JWT authentication, a UDP socket for event logging, and

multithreaded API calls. Used databases - MongoDb , MYSQL.

- Also, worked in Power BI.

3. Associate Software Engineer

- Developed APIs for frontend integration using Java with databases such as MongoDb and MYSQL.

- Integrated 3rd party APIs to our system.

* Implemented Keycloak for security.

- Currenlty working on another project where handling end-to-end things like development, integration, deployment etc.

I am confused between 21232 – Software developers and programmers and 21231 – Software engineers and designers

According to my theory and research it should be 21232 as duties are matching whereas 21231 – Software engineers and designers seems to be more of a senior role although designation is matching.

Also, pls let me know whether I filtered correct NOCs or not?

I did paid internship during my last year of bachelor’s in India for 9 months. So can I put this under work history or this will come under personal as I was studying also? For this I have offer letter, pay slips, bank statement and a completion letter.

Moreover, my uncle(father's real brother) is Canadian Citizen and for that I will be getting 5 points right to meet the eligibility of 67/100 points so what info should I request him?
