this is from a newbie card collector so take with a grain of salt and all that

but ive seen yt shorts about card restoration. and dings seem to be pretty easy to fix by carefully rolling them out. however, im no expert and you’d definitely want an expert to take a look so that it doesn’t damage further.

if thats really the only problem with it i’d say its worth looking into, lud!

ok so, pretty strange. i sold 2 vinyl to a customer in the US. they unfortunately were badly warped during shipment. customer asked for a return/refund which i agreed to. i asked them to send a video so i could (wishful thinking) submit an insurance claim with USPS. customer waits a day and sends the video. i say thanks and to package the two vinyl back the same way i sent them and get ready for me to send the label. before i go to process the return and get the label, they message me that they have since travelled to china with the records. she says it’s too expensive to ship them back to the US. she asks me to just refund anyways… am i crazy or is this wrong? like, i completely understand the warping and return situation… but im not gonna pay to ship them back and i don’t think i should refund these without receiving them… advice? what should i do? what would ebay think of this? thanks in advance.

he asked like 50 creators for stream ideas, had yingo do the prep work, and then spun a wheel and did them all. it was awesome especially with the yingo banter

hi there, please help! i’ve been trying to track down a pokémon card vending machine. i saw online that there’s one at Yodobashi Camera in Shinjuku. well, i went there and couldn’t find it. showed a picture to the employees (in the gaming area) and they had no idea what it was. could someone please help me find exactly where it is? or any others that aren’t haneda? thanks!

So, I sold a vinyl that was sealed and in mint condition. It’s a collector’s item that sold for $100.

The customer received it, opened it and noticed the actual disc has some manufacturer defects. Black spots. They told me that they want to return it because I “didn’t properly advertise the product”.

Well, it’s impossible for me to know the condition of the actual vinyl because the point is that I sold it new and sealed. I recorded proof of it being sealed before shipping it. Also, if I were to accept this I would be receiving an opened vinyl. The point was to keep its value by keeping it sealed (at least for the point of selling). I understand the disappointed from the customer, but this is pretty clearly out of my control and not my fault.

I’m curious what others think here. Is this customer right? If this were to be escalated to eBay, what do you think they’d say? Any advice is appreciated, thank you.
