Not sure if there is any way to clean off the black specks on the front/back or if it is safe to even do so (don’t wanna risk damaging the card). Does the swirl add a bonus?

I am just getting back into the hobby, and have never graded cards before. I found this rare card in my childhood binder, and was wondering if I should grade it considering its poor quality.

It looks to be worth ~$380-$400 raw, with a decent price spike at a PSA 6 and higher. Considering I’ve never graded before, I’d love some advice on whether this is worth it, if it’s a lost cause, or any possible tips/prep I can do before grading. Thanks!!

Just got back into the hobby and pulled the Greninja SIR today and sleeved it immediately. Does this have a shot at PSA 10 or is the centering chopped. Sorry for the dust on the top loader

Getting back into the hobby and found this Greninja Promo from my childhood binder, seems to be rather expensive raw. What grade do you think this would get with PSA and why? Would love to learn why things are graded certain ways.
