Just got my TRT box. First injection anxiety

Just got my TRT box and feeling a bit anxious about messing up the first injection.

Any good YouTube channels, beginner guides, clinics, or places that help first timers? Any specific spots that are beginner friendly and safe? is going to local open door and have them do it an option?

I don't really know anyone that can help me.

Looking for something slightly firmer / potentially less foam than the Leesa Oasis Chill

Got the Oasis Chill from Costco and overall it’s been pretty good. They rate it around 5-7 firmness but to me it feels closer to a 5.

For the first time in a long time I woke up without pain, but as back sleeper my hips sink a bit much into the mattress. There’s just too much foam making the top tad soft.

Where do I go from here?

Would you start APAP/CPAP?

3% AHI: 15
4% AHI: 6
Supine AHI: 22
Side sleeping: ~12–13
Lowest O2: 88%
ODI 3%: 18.4

I do wake up tired/unrefreshed pretty often. Dry mouth

Doctor mentioned APAP/CPAP, but since my apnea seems positional and borderline mild/moderate

A923KGMP broke after 1 year and 2 months, right outside the warranty window, so now I’m looking for a replacement. LG won’t budge unless I pay for repairs.

Taking the opportunity to find a solution for those dust clouds when emptying the bin. Can't find any true bagged stick for this price, so now I’m considering the auto-empty systems instead.

Do those auto-empty docks usually use bags or are they just another bagless bin?

Right now I’m considering the Shark PowerDetect Clean & Empty Cordless Stick Vacuum mainly because Costco has it for around $400. But before I buy it, I wanted to see what else people here would recommend in that price range.

What would you get for around $400?
