Kann man ein E-Bike auch in der kälteren Jahreszeit oder bei Regen fahren? Klar würde ich langsamer machen, aber ich frage mich halt, ob die Elektronik für die Kälte ausgelegt ist

Hello, everyone. I’ve been trying to stay consistent with my running routine, but I recently noticed some mild varicose veins developing on my calves/behind my knees. Gonna visit the doctor and likely to get some compressing socks to help with them..

Though this is sort of affecting my lifestyle habits. I know staying active is supposed to be good for circulation, but I'm getting conflicting advice online. Some sources say running cam improve blood flow, while others claim high-impact pavement strikes make vein damage and swelling worse...?😬

For anyone dealing with this or who dealt with in in the past:

• Does jogging actually aggravate your varicose veins, or does it help long-term?
• Are compression socks a must for runs.?
• Should I just switch to lower-impact stuff like cycling or swimming instead? Maybe squats would be fine?

Would love to hear your experiences before I make my legs any worse..😅

If there is a new app are they likely to have some sort of zero day vulnerability? I keep hearing of various apps getting hacked and sort of started being hesitant with downloads. I suspect smaller apps dont even report breaches of their user data..

Some random wifi without a password randomly appeared on my Wifi connection. I didnt even request to connect to it. Does such a connection occuring compromise my phone in any way? I just got it and dont wanna get hacked somehow.

How do I disable this auto-connect? Do I seriously need to switch the wifi off whenever Im out now?

Each time I pick the server it changes the IP, so why the hell does my browser boot with the same IP on the VPN extension? Is that some bug or intended to work like that?
