When an ACL is used to identify traffic in dynamic NAT/PAT the traffic is not translated by the router but it's also not dropped, then what happens to it?

Im following JITL and he says this statement, the denied traffic is not translated by the router, but the traffic is not dropped. Then where does it go?

JITL day 32 anki deck, just what the fuck man

75 cards of pure ipv6 multicast and ipv6 address type identifiers like what the actual fuck bro. There is no actual way Im remembering these just with the anki cards without actually taking the time and memorizing them by heart on my own. But like also do I reall need to remember things like the IPv6 multicast address for All OSPF DRs/BDRs?

can someone clarify to me these two statement? "Typically, an enterprise requesting IPv6 addresses will receive a /48 block of addresses." AND "Typically, IPv6 subnets use a /64 prefix length."

Am I right to think that it means that the first 48 bits are the network portion and NOT the actual prefix length, which is actually 64. Im watching jitl and this was so confusing.
