does anyone know what this could be? i’m tired of being dismissed lol

this is a very random post i am unsure if i can post it as a patient but i want to ask whether any radiologists or people with MRI knowledge/anyone who’s experienced the same thing can INDICATE to me what this glowing mass may be in my pelvis area? as a back story i am a female, i got this MRI done when i was 19 years old (i am 20 now), the radiologists and actual doctors i’ve seen have been useless! the first set of radiologists “ didn’t notice “ the glowing mass, and i got a second opinion from different radiologists and got hit with the “ we are unsure but it is probably nothing “ no follow up tests or anything. i dont know if this is just because i am a young girl i am being dismissed, but no one can give me answers as to what it may be, hence why i am asking here. i am aware that radiologists cannot diagnose issues but it would be so helpful if anyone can help point me in the right direction! and as a side note whether anyone else notices anything else out of the ordinary since these scans are being dismissed lol. i do apologise if this post isn’t allowed but im desperate, all my personal hospital information is hidden!
