My LGV60 is stuck in USB charging mode, so I can't use MTP file transfer. I've entered into developer mode, click "Select USB configuration" - it looks like the menu with parameters appeared for about one millisecond - and instantly disappeared - so I phisically cant choose needed mode.
What can I do to switch my USB from charging to MTP?

I've tried to maintain my leaking Woodford 17 outdoor water faucet, just by replacing all the rubber gaskets, but got stuck with the handle: it just stuck on the rod. Sure the bolt is unscrewed and taken out, I've also sprayed WD40 into the bolt area and around the shaft - but handle still stuck. I didn't put any forse on it, cos afraid to broke something. Is any special goblin's magic to unstack this damn handle to be able to took out the whole rod assembly?
