Need help with Exit Portal
Hi everyone,
I’ve been trying to file my exit through the Accenture Exit Portal since last week, but I’m stuck due to a phone number issue. My phone number is not getting updated in the exit portal even though it has already been updated correctly in Workday and other required systems.
So far I have:
Raised incidents/tickets
Mailed multiple teams
Reached out to different contacts for support
Unfortunately, the issue is still unresolved.
My main concern is that I don’t want my Last Working Day (LWD) to get extended because of a technical issue that is outside my control.
Has anyone faced something similar before? If yes, how did you get it resolved, or is there any team/process I should escalate to?
Any suggestions would be really appreciated. Thanks!
