PS5 HDMI port deemed Irrepairable

Bought this PS5 cheap on FB marketplace, no tv signal, looks like the HDMI port has already been replaced, powers on, the guy I bought it from said he took it to a repair shop and the said the HDMI was Irrepairable, hoping to get some answers as to why.
