Have made a new Meal plan and wanted to run it by everyone. I am 256 pound 5'9 male with Fatty liver and high Cholesterol.
So im obv trying to lose weight and i wanted to run my meal plan past everyone. I am trying to hit about 1750-2000 calories a day i do 30 mins of cardio and 40 mins of lifting 3 days a week my meal plan is Breakfast-1 Apple 1 full serving of Organic greek yogurt and 1/2 serving of organic granola. Lunch-a can of tuna or chicken depending on the day (don't want to over due mercury) 2 tablespoons of mayo for fat. another apple and a whey protein shake with water. Dinner-One full chicken breast with 1/2 a cup of rice 3 egg whites but supplement that with 2 whole eggs 2x a week same protein shake and one tablespoon of peanut butter. I do realize there is no vegetables in here i hate them with every fiber of my being lol i may supplement rice for sweet potatoes some days as well if needed. Thank you for everyone reading this just want advice/confirmation obv i will also run this by my doctor but this is the best meal plan i think ive ever come up with lol.
