looking for an episode where a guy gets shot outside of his house over weed, runs back inside and dies at his coffee table

i’ve been having body wide twitching for about 8-10 months now. had a clean arms, legs and back EMG in october/november; but the twitching is still there. i’ll get hotspots on my tricep/bicep and currently have one on my back close to my shoulder blade. i have perceived weakness but i can still grip, open up bottles and turn keys but i have this hollowing on my hypothenar eminence on both hands when spreading my fingers. pictures in comments. i’m WORRIED TO DEATH that the EMG missed something.
