Does this look cool or wonky? I’ve been wanting to use these curtain rings for a long time and I’ve been trying to add stuff to these platforms i thrifted, How could I get the chain to fly around less while im walking? Im worried about ruining the shoe if I try to sew the rings in place it also makes a lot of noise and I want to lessen that a little bit. My plan is to add some silver spikes at the top where the shitty plastic black spikes and rings are.

Tiny person made of beads and metal, does anyone know who made this or what it’s for? What does the little metal rod sticking out of it do?
