Beginner fpv, what should I buy?

I live in Norway and I want to get into fpv, but I don’t really know what to buy as a cheap start. I have been considering buying a meteor pro, radiomaster pocket, idk about goggles and a few batteries.

I have also seen that the Cetus x fpv kit (I wouldn’t need to get goggles and radio separately) might be good. Out of that one or meteor, which one of those should I buy?

If I buy the meteor, what would be the best cheap goggles

I have a budget around $300 total (including the drone and controller so about $80 leftover after those), and can be a little flexible

Eachine isnt available in my region

PC trips circuit breaker when PSU switch is turned on

I was checking the model and wattage of my PSU, so I unscrewed it and slid it out slightly to read the label. After putting it back together, I now have a new issue.
Specs:
Ryzen 5 4600G
ASUS Radeon Vega 64
16GB RAM
ASRock motherboard
Chieftec Task Series 700W 80+ Bronze PSU (about 2 years old)
Issue:
The circuit breaker trips when I switch the PSU from OFF (O) to ON (I).
I do not need to press the PC power button.
The breaker trips immediately when the PSU switch is turned on.
The breaker won’t reset until the PC is unplugged from the wall.
I’ve checked the visible cables and don’t see any exposed wires or obvious damage.
I can hear something rattling around inside the case when I move it, but I haven’t been able to locate it yet.
Questions:
Could I have accidentally created a short while reinstalling the PSU?
Could a loose screw or metal object in the PSU shroud area cause this?
Does this sound more like a PSU failure or an installation issue?
What would you check first before replacing the PSU?
Any help would be appreciated.

Black screen and GPU fans go to 100% under heavy load (Vega 64)

I’ve been having an issue with my PC for a while now where, under heavy GPU load, the screen suddenly goes black and the GPU fans ramp up to 100%.
The PC becomes completely unresponsive and I have to hold the power button to shut it down. There is no BSOD or error message.
This happens most often in graphically demanding games. I can sometimes reduce how often it happens by lowering graphics settings, but it still occurs. Recently it also happened while exporting a video, where I noticed GPU utilization was around 96% before the crash.
Specs:
ASRock motherboard
Ryzen 5 4600G
ASUS Radeon Vega 64
16 GB RAM
Windows 11
Not sure about my psu but I can probably find out
One thing that makes me think it’s GPU-related is that the issue only seems to happen when the graphics card is under heavy load.
I’m trying to figure out whether this is more likely to be:
A failing GPU
A power supply issue
Driver issues
Overheating
Something else
Has anyone experienced similar symptoms with a Vega 64? What would be the first things you would test or check?
