New to Tiktok Ads, is this platform all just bots?

Founder of a supplement brand, been on Meta ads the past year or so. Wanted to branch out into Tiktok Ads, got set up and running about a week ago.

Targeting within the USA only, and Pangle placements off. Set up a few different campaigns with different special interests as well as one with no special interests targeting, all with "purchase" as target conversion goal, to compare and contrast. Looking at most recent data from the last 72 hours: seeing an average CPM of $29, CTR 0.67% (~7800 impressions and 52 link clicks directly to PDP). CPC is around $4. Ads look native to Tiktok style content, (quick moving, UGC style, human being talking about product and visibly showing it, more human UGC running than AI UGC). Product page is tested and optimized to load as quickly as possible, sitting at sub 2 seconds for cold traffic.

Weirdly, 0 Add to carts, initiate checkouts, or sales thus far in the past week. No sign ups on Klaviyo email form attributed to Tiktok. I use Microsoft Clarity to track user, and literally EVERY SINGLE session attributed to Tiktok is the same - user loads page, does nothing for between 4 seconds to 10 seconds, abruptly closes. No interactions with landing page, no scrolling down to read more, no looking through photos, no taps on site, etc.

(When I say literally every single session, I mean every single session. I just went though every single session on Clarity attributed to Tiktok in the past 2 days one by one in the past hour, and they ALL are the exact same: user gets to product page, stares at hero image for 4 - 10 seconds, and ends session)

Is there something I am missing here, or is this what Tiktok Ads is?
