Since hubby had taken my girls (dogs) out of town to avoid the fireworks, I decided to go watch them at the cemetery.
Before leaving, I said hello to any potentials and asked if they'd like to accompany me. And while i didn't get a response to my question, I did get a direct response to my greeting.
As always, I stitched together the original and enhancements with text.
Well, heres my body composition number comparisons just a little over a year apart. I haven't been this small since i was 14 years old.
Many took the time to comment favorably (thank you all so much) to my before & after pictures and some wondered why I said I may not heal fully.
Growing up, I was outside & barefoot all the time. Loved the sun and would be out in it all day long.
However, after being victimized by a dental restoration gone horribly wrong because of deliberate fraud & harm, my days in the sun, suddenly became a problem.
Unable to regulate my body temp and developing levito reticularis, made going in the sun not only impossible but miserable as well.
2 years in on carnivore, I'm still struggling with the issue but keep hope that it may change down the road. For now, it remains one of the things carnivore hasn't fixed. That being said, being able to regulate my body temp has gotten a 'little' better but still has a ways to go...
I don't like to share how 'bad' I looked before finding carnivore but, the difference is too profound to ignore. I'm still a work in progress but I'm enjoying reaping the benefits of my efforts.
Every day of health is a gift I'm grateful for even if I never recover 100%...
This is a 2nd upload because I ended up finding an anomaly I missed the first time around. It wasnt until I zoomed in on my dogs collar that I noticed it. My Dog seems to turn her head directly towards the anomaly as if she sees it. Then, you can see the anomaly (rod?) fly from left to right.
Do keep in mind that the temperature at the time was around 45*. Why does that matter? Because insects that take flight, don't fly under 50*. They become lethargic and seek shelter.
I can attest to how cold it was that evening as I needed a hat & gloves.
As for what's being said in the evp, it sounds like "get going" which would make sense given i was waiting for her.
I suffered for years with stomach/intestinal issues and basically lived on antacids. However, it didnt hit home to me how much I was doing until I came a cross this picture....
Now, 2 years later, its a thing of the past and I hope it remains that way.

Every once in a while, a Mama refuses to care for its baby, thats where I take over.
Upped my intake of protein and gained back 4 lbs which I'm happy about as I dont want to be under 140 lbs. Celebrated my 2 year carniversary in March, lost a total of 90 lbs and now considered metabolically healthy. 😉
Anyway, my son gave me a pair of his Hollister 'skinny' jeans and I was like, omg, gimme a break, I'd never get them on lol. However, I took them anyway because I figured I could always use them for fall decorations lol.
So, with a sarcastic attitude, ya know, holding them up while telling yourself, yeah right, I wont even get 1 leg in lmao. But, when I tried them on, much to my surprise, they fit! 👀🤪
I haven't been this small since I was 14 and I'm now in my mid 60s. All thanks to going carnivore. ❤️
PS, in case ppl are curious why I covered my face its because im dealing with an infection right now and the discomfort shows. So, I dont want ppl 'considering' a lion, carnivore or keto diet to think its related to diet because it isn't.
