Need help with setup…

Can someone give me advice on a good all-around setup for the basic fish around the Great Lakes (bass, pike, walleye, whatever other sportfish I’m forgetting about)? I have a medium-heavy rod with 20 lb braid and I don’t know what kind of leader I should get without spooking fish because I’ve heard metal leaders spook fish easily and people are telling me to get fluorocarbon, except I can’t tie knots for the life of me (even with the help of YouTube), so I don’t know what to do. I find metal leaders with clips and swivels already, so does that mean the fluorocarbon leaders can have that, too? Do I change my line? I just need advice for that. Thanks!

I need help with Steelhead creeks…

I want to catch steelhead during the November run, preferably to eat. But, I want to find a secluded, remote creek (or public if that isn’t possible) that is tight (like less than 30-35 ft wide or around there), is wooded to the bank, has log jams, tree overhangs, and a sandy or gravely bottom. I live around Toronto so preferably around Lakes Ontario, Erie, and Huron and i need to make sure it has access without private property (for obvious reasons). Take a look at the picture for reference and if you know any creeks like that and give me ideas. I’ll scout and make sure it’s allowed to be fished in November, but of course if you know, let me know (DM me if you want to keep things private). Thanks!

I need a budget Muskie setup…

I’m looking to go out to catch a Muskie somewhere around the Georgian bay and I need a budget setup because I’m only a beginner at Muskie fishing. Can anyone tell me a good setup up that includes a rod and a baitcaster reel, preferably heavy to extra heavy for casting heavy top waters and such. I was thinking to use the King Kat 11’ rod from bass pro but I’m not sure what reel to pair it with. My budget is $200 (CAD) but I’m all ears to any other setup. Thanks a lot.

I need places where I can fish for rainbow trout

So, I would like to fish for rainbow trout during these summer months anywhere as south as GTA and as far north as Wasaga Beach area. I would like to know some bodies of water like rivers where I could fish for this trout species. Preferably, I would like to keep a couple to eat but if not, that's fine. Thanks!
