VR performance is pure jank, please help!

My VR is constantly throttling at the weirdest times, and just wont be consistent, it just constant frame stuttering. For example, when I stab in blade and sorcery it ALWAYS dips by 3fps, and the same when I grab something. Please help, I just want to enjoy my games man....

Here are my specs:

- GPU - Radeon RX 7600 8gb
- CPU - Ryzen 5 7600x
- RAM - 32gb DDR5
- Motherboard - ASUS B650E MAX

- Headset - Rift CV1
