Best current batch reccomendations for sleep/anxiety, thank you :)

So I've just finished my first month with CB1 and it's been good for the most part, my only issue is they gave me a limit of 22%THC due to being under 25, the only issue is the cannabis has seemed a lot weaker than what I was self medicating with prior, and wasn't as effective at managing my symptoms, if I bring this up to them at my review could they raise the limit or is that unlikely?

Anyone got a kit setup I can look at? Mine seems to take ages to build up burst against Galand.
