After having issues with my internet affecting my work on and off this whole week. I spoke with an Xfinity rep and he agreed to not only increase my internet speed and lower my bill, he agreed to add on Peacock, Disney Plus and Hulu. I received an activation link for peacock, but not for Disney and Hulu. Upon reaching out to customer service, they said Hulu and Disney are not in the plan. This is actually ridiculous.
