Finally tasted a Clearly Canadian that is appropriate for this Subreddit
So as a kid I used to drink the soda version of this until it disappeared from the stores for awhile. Now, I don’t drink sweetened beverages, and I’ll admit I’m always a bit sad when I come across a post mistaking the sparkling water beverage for sparkling water. Sad because I do sometimes miss the taste of the cherry flavor.
Well, imagine my surprise when I was at Central Market in Plano and saw this. No, it’s not cherry flavored, but it is sparkling water!! !! I literally double checked the label like four or five times.
As for how it tastes, pretty good. It’s not as good as Polar, Waterloo, or Topo Chico; however, I think its freshness holds its own. Definitely like it more than Saratoga and San Pellegrino. This was plain flavored, but I think they also have a grapefruit and lime.
In conclusion, pretty good. They should definitely make more.
