I’m working on a top for a concert THIS SATURDAY. I know, I should’ve made it way sooner but I’m a bad procrastinator.
Anyways, does anyone have any tips on adding fringe to the bottom after I crop it?

Preferably some place where you can order just steamed crab, lobster, shrimp, etc.
We just want to enjoy some good seafood that is steamed and seasoned.
I haven’t had any luck finding any sit down places that offer these options.

TLDR: To add bell flares to this button up, could I just cut long triangles, rip the seams for the sleeves, and just sew them back together?
