I’m sorry the photo is not good but can anyone ID this bug?

Does anyone know how this happened? I got a text from an unsaved number asking why my number was in their phone. Turned out to be an old co worker whose contact I did not have saved nor did they have my contact saved but my phone number (and one other) ended up under the contact info for Apple Support
