Hey all!

So my wife has decided to play Disgaea 4 (she's played 1 and 2 'a while ago'). Great! She wants my help, but I have not played this entry since it came out on the switch, some 7 years ago now. My memory is not that good.

Better yet, she found some code thing on the internet to skip tutorials. So even though she doesn't know how some things work, she's skipping tutorials and expecting me to fill in the gaps. I state again: my memory is not that good.

Naturally, she's running into issues, currently stuck on 2-4. I have her grinding levels and such for the moment while I am trying to figure out something better than 'it's easy, just win.'

So yea, bit of a long shot, but if anyone here has tips/advice/etc for some early game newbs, I'd appreciate any help at this point.

I know a lot of them exist, though the one time I tried one out, it turned out not be finished and left me frustrated. I haven't really looked into them since. So yea, hopefully looking for some with a good and complete story. Bonus internet cookies if you explain what you like about the game!
