Took him five months with us to grow into his fluff. He’s seven months now and is eating us out of house and home.

My husband commented over the weekend that our kitten has become a “stage 5 clinger”. I think we just have a relationship that requires us to constantly be in close visual and physical range of one another. That’s totally different, right? 😹

You guys convinced me I needed to try the new Ellis Brooklyn Vanilla Rice and it’s here! But, I feel like the packaging by Ulta was a little overkill?

UPDATE: okay guys, I busted it open and over sprayed myself for frag science.

I’m terrible at describing scents so I apologize if my description is not the best!

Initial spray: so lactonic with vanilla, coconut and rice notes. Reminds me of horchata without cinnamon? Also, a vague, slightly tart cherry note that dissipates pretty quickly.

Once it settled, I mostly get coconut with soft fruity background. I’m kinda weird about tonka but in this it’s nots overpowering and actually kind of complements the overall scent profile. I asked my husband what he smelled and all he got was coconut.

Overall, this feels like a summer scent; it’s the kind of fragrance I would spray on my hair right before I leave the house. Some people might feel it’s a little bit generic and in the sea of various summer scents, it probably is.

I did also layer it over Ouai lotion in St. Barts and it works really well but it’s hard to tell where the Ouai ends and the EB begins.

If you already have a lactonic scent you like for the summer you could probably skip this. I’ve been wanting to try Dedcool’s Mochi Milk so I’d be kinda curious to see how it compares.

We just adopted this cutie patootie and he was described as short hair. I can’t tell if it’s just because he’s still a little “scraggly” (my husband’s description). Also, they told us his litter was about 9 weeks but I’m not confident he’ll keep his little blue eyes.

Either way, we are so excited to add this little tiny baby to our family! He loves cuddles and follows us around already!

My husband wasn’t sure if I’d like Dragon Ball after never watching it (he watched it as a kid). I also love carrot cake and wanted to get the joke.. Several series later, currently on the Tournament of Power arc, we have a new baby.
