LGS was having a sale 17.76% off through today. Grabbed the BCM VFG and the cashier did a double take when she read the total lol.

After waiting about a month to get my SD 11.5” upper re-barreled by Geissele I was finally able to shoot it today. Man what a soft shooter. I’m a big fan of the balance and quality of the upper overall. It was worth the wait/price tag for me.

The sights are almost a perfect lower 1/3 co-witness. Waiting for the vibratite and thread locker to cure to sight in. Can’t wait.

I’ve been eyeing a VP9 for years now. And finally picked one up. Cleaned and lubed it can’t wait to get it to the range. I already have optic plate and taller sights ordered.

Hey all. Been waiting on a restock of the SD uppers and got a notification finally. Ordered an 11.5 upper and dropped it off at LGS for muzzle device install and alignment check. LGS called me to come in stating that their alignment rod would not make it down the barrel either coming from breech or bore. Originally they thought it was the MD (Comstock Plan B brake) but they tested it bare muzzle and had the same issue. Odd. I took the upper home and cleaned it well.

Took it to another LGS for re-check/second opinion. Same issue there also. Bare muzzle. Very strange. I’ve opened a ticket with Geissele to start the RMA process. Just putting it out there so that others who are getting their orders filled after this recent restock to check their barrel concentricity even if you’re not planning on running a can.
