I'll simply say this - the creators of this show haven't just made a murder mystery. They've made several smaller mysteries, many relating to the Green Lantern mythos that will challenge what we all know about the series. And honestly, that's what's gonna keep me watching. I think it's what's gonna keep all of us watching. I had my misgivings, just like most of you, but I can see this series growing on me. So my suggestion - give it a chance, but leave your preconceptions at the door. Embrace it for it's differences so you can appreciate the things it will inevitably keep the same.

I'm preparing for NYCC in October and I'd like to bring my lightsaber as well as a blade or two, so I'm looking for a discreet carrying bag just for the blades. I had one ages ago but it got lost during a move. The blades would be around 32" each, one Neopixel, one baselit with a converter puck. Does anybody here have any recommendations for a good, durable, affordable bag?

This is one I've been meaning to do for a long, long time - a comic accurate Nomi Sunrider lightsaber. I never thought I could make it happen but things lined up perfectly. I found a used empty Mystic Knight hilt from Rebel Sabers on eBay for cheap, got some grip tape, and ordered some parts from Vire Sabers to change out the emitter. It's running a Xenopixel core. I need to customize the sound effects a bit but I'm super happy with how it turned out. The CG image is taken from an ancient website found by a friend of mine via the Wayback Machine. It looks like an interpretation from the comic panel. I took a few small liberties with the design but I think it's pretty accurate.

I recently bought a lightsaber off eBay that's made by Inspira Designs. It looks as though the threading on the parts isn't compatible with LGT or VHC parts. Does anybody know of any existing parts that are compatible with Inspira Designs sabers?

Selling my Katarn/ Rahn Dark Forces II Lightsaber, installed with Golden Harvest. I think it's a GHv3. As for the hilt, I've lost track of which version this is. It's originally from The Custom Saber Shop but it's not the most recent version of this hilt. The chassis has a crystal chamber, but after a tumble off my display shelf the crystal broke out. The accent light still works, and other than that the entire thing is in working condition. Battery is included, blade is not. I can show a demo video upon request. This is a bit of a weird request but my search skills aren't returning the results I need. Ages upon ages ago there was this website I stumbled across with a collection of lightsaber hilts, half of them canon, half of them fan created. I think it was a homebrew resource for some kind of Star Wars pen & paper RPG. A few names stand out: Ottar Doneeta (written to be an ancestor of canon character Tott Doneeta), Quel Drin Fal, and even Col. Sanders. Yes, that Col. Sanders. The images were all CG and featured a couple paragraphs of character bio to accompany them. This was way before the current canon or even The Clone Wars. Hell, it predated Episode II.

I ask because the gallery's take on Nomi Sunrider's hilt was rather unique. I recently found a hilt I want to customize into that particular version but for the life of me I cannot find a trace of this website. Does anybody here have any idea what I'm talking about? Is this jogging any long-slumbering memories in any of you guys? Hopefully somebody can give me something to go on here. Thanks a lot, gang. MTFBWY.

So I'm 3D printing a full scale Alan Scott Power Battery replica for a client right now and it got me thinking - has there ever been a scene in the comics where Alan had no choice but to charge his ring on a standard GLC Battery, or vice versa? Like has Kyle ever tried to charge his ring on Alan's Battery? I know Alan's powers traditionally come from the Starheart so I wonder what would happen in either of these cases!
