I'm running TS v10.0 on a remote Win 10 PC (problem also occurs on Win 11 PC). When I am using TS directly on the PC there are no issues, but when I need to access via RDP thru the Windows App on Android phone it crashes completely. This is not a one-off and have experienced this many times on both Azure-hosted PCs and home PCs. I have tried multiple PCs and installs but experience the same problem. Have also tried alternative phone/Windows App and still the same problem.

When it crashes it logs an Application Error in the event viewer for the ORPlat.exe file. Can provide details if needed.

This started happening 2 years ago and TS support were no help to me then despite providing all logs requested; so I stopped using TS and went to IB instead. Have just come back to TS to give it one more chance, but looks like its still a problem.

Is this just me, or does this happen to anyone else?

Hi, I've recently moved from Tradestation to IB/Multicharts for some small scale micro futures algo trading.

I've successfully got a feed of expiring contracts (e.g 6AM6) going into Multicharts okay, sufficient for live trading, but I am really struggling to get any continuous contract data from IB e.g. data for @@6A and @@MES. (I cant write a single @@ sign without it turning into u/ !)

I get about 10 days of historic data on 60 min chart and nothing before then. Have I come up against an IB limit or am I doing something wrong?
