GrizzlyCrafted SMP, a modded Minecraft server aimed at adults (18+) who have jobs, real-life responsibilities, and just want a non-competitive place to hang out and work on amazing builds.

I am currently running this server by myself, and I am sure it's not perfect, but I have a vision and would like to find people who share it! 🌟

👨‍💻 About me: I am 26 years old and from the Netherlands. I work a full-time job, so I try to play games maybe 1 or 2 hours in the evening. On the weekends, I have more time of course! I also have a partner whom I spend time with in the evenings, so some days I won't even have time to play. If you feel like you have a similar lifestyle, I think we can work together making this server great. 🤝

🏰 Building Together & Thematic Settlements The main goal of the server is to build a world that is incredibly aesthetically pleasing. I highly encourage players to build with purpose and pick architectural themes (like Roman, Dutch, Cyberpunk, Victorian, etc.). 🏛️🌷

Instead of everyone building the exact same isolated farms, I want to see interconnected settlements! 🛤️ If you like someone else's build style, consider teaming up. You can build towns near each other and trade resources, for example, your settlement runs a massive flour mill on the river, and their settlement grows the wheat and runs a bakery. 🍞⚙️ I want the world to feel alive and collaborative.

📦 The Modpack My pack is heavily focused on beautiful world generation, the Create mod, and giving you all the blocks you need to make stunning builds. Some of the top mods include:

• ⚙️ Create (Plus tons of addons like Aeronautics, Steam 'n' Rails, Big Cannons, and Enchantment Industry)
• 🏔️ Terralith & Tectonic (Absolutely gorgeous, overhauled world generation)

Hey, I’m Richard, 26 from the north of the Netherlands.

I’ve noticed over the last year that adult life finally started kicking in properly. Full-time work, relationship, responsibilities, trying to be healthy, all that stuff. Because of that I definitely game less than I used to, but the gaming itch never fully disappears.

I’m in a long distance relationship as well, so a good part of my free time goes toward hanging out with my partner on calls, which I honestly really enjoy. It does mean I’m awful at consistently grinding one game though, so I’ve become a complete variety gamer.

I mainly play on PC and right now I’m heavily into modded Minecraft, especially the Create mod. My current obsession is building in a Dutch neo-renaissance style while combining it with giant automated Create factories and machinery. I basically want my world to look like old Dutch architecture powered by industrial chaos.

Besides that I also play:

• Forza Horizon 6
• Co-op simulator games
• Random games I hyperfocus on for 2 weeks before moving on again

Outside of gaming, I recently got back into the gym after undergoing weight loss surgery. The gym is still incredibly boring to me so far, but I’m trying to force myself into becoming one of those people that enjoys it eventually.

I’m mostly looking for people around my age who are chill, sarcastic, direct, and don’t get offended easily. My humor can be a bit mean sometimes, but never in a serious way. Bullying friends is part of the bonding experience.
