Picked up my R2 at the Atlanta service center in Roswell today. Just got home. Others have posted detailed reviews, so I'm just going to share a few initial takeaways.

• The R2 does not come with an air compressor. I asked and the response was that the R1 comes with one, but not the R2.

Delivery guy was wrong! It’s in the rear storage area. Apparently this isn’t the “full” compressor that is in the R1. This is a tiny one.

• The 'delivery' process was super easy. I signed maybe 4 forms (twice for each) and that was it.
• I did get a key fob, my mobile charger and the all-weather mats (which look amazing and they installed them before I got there). I thought those might be shipped to me.
• I probably should have spent more time looking over every inch of the vehicle. I went in with that in mind, but of course I got too excited and spent just a couple of minutes looking for issues.
• I didn't find any issues (during delivery - foreshadowing!).
• I didn't spend a lot of time listening to music as I wanted to be aware of any rattles. I logged into my Apple Music account and changed the equalizer default setting to 'rock'. Listened to one song on the drive home. It's fine. My Model 3 sounds better, but I knew that going in. I'll play with the settings more, but I'm happy with the sound system.
• I think I'm feeling a vibration at highways speeds on the left side. Nothing severe and I'm going to have to get a second opinion to confirm, but I might need to schedule an alignment.
• Other than that, it rides GREAT. So smooth.
• UHF is not as annoying as Enhanced Autopilot on my Tesla. I didn't get any nags like I do with the Tesla. I currently don't have the internal camera enabled. Need to research how Rivian handles making sure the driver is paying attention.

I'll probably have more to share later. Now I need to come up with excuses to drive somewhere this weekend.
