I have seen that the lodge offers a shuttle to the valley am i mistaken? Or are they referring to the YARTS? I am aware of the several shuttles inside the park that offer travel on the valley floor and others that go to various locations in the park. We rather not try to drive in the gate and fight parking. We wanted to spend a day or so walking the lower valley and possibly Mariposa grove. We never been to a park that we had to utilize public transport to enter or that it was recommended.
