What is the Average Wait Time for Gender-Affirming Care (Specifically Surgery) in the East Bay?

I'm doing a research project on gender-affirming care roadblocks (especially wait times), and I'm curious as to what the wait times are for care in the the East Bay. I'm under the impression that most people can get HRT fairly quickly (though I know there's a shortage and some people don't get it quite as fast), but that surgery is more of a wait and that wait is more pronounced on Medicaid. I'm comparing that to places with public healthcare, like the NHS in the UK. The wait times there are much longer (unsurprisingly, maybe) than in the U.S. and people can get their care faster if they have private insurance (similar to the Medicaid-private health insurance divide in the U.S.). But there are also organizations like GenderGP and Eden Life that advocate for trans patients and can speed up gender care. Mostly, I'm trying to pinpoint what we're really talking about when we talk about "average weight times" for care to get a more complete picture, and how it compares to weight times for other categories of healthcare. So, if you've had experience with gender-affirming care in the East Bay, what kind of wait did you have for HRT, for mental health care (if you wanted it), and for surgery? What was your insurance situation, and did you ever contact a third-party org that could reduce your wait in the public insurance system. Thanks for your help.

Forest Guardian Life Simulator vs Ultimate Wolf Simulator

Same basic idea, roughly same type of game play, so let's break it down. Is one of these games really better than the other? Or are they so similar, there's really no difference between them. I've been playing Forest Guardian, but I've seen a lot of things about Ultimate Wolf as the superior game. Is it enough better to switch? Anyone played both who can give me a rundown? Is there really that big of a difference between them?

Medical coding to GRE prep?

Been studying and working towards getting certified to be a medial coder with AAPC but thinking it might be good to go back to school as well. Yknow beef up my qualification and potentially have something better than just medical coding. But that means I need to be prepping for the GRE. ugh lol So I'm still working towards getting certified for coding and that means not loads of time left for doing my GRE studies. So I needs some GRE test prep recommendations from y'all. Did a prelimiary search here on read and saw bunches of mentions from Redditors offering it as a service to big name places(Menlo Coaching, etc) and now I'm more lost than ever ….any out there that you’ve done and liked? Did it help your score you think?

What is the purpose of file transfers between Pc and emulators?

I'm looking into android emulators to run on my PC, specifically LD player. On their website I see they offer something called "shared folder" which essentially lets you transfer files between the emulator and your PC. I can see how this may be useful for in game photos or something, but what else could this feature be used for?
