Lots of e-bike scams right now - beware! They tend to advertise on instagram a lot. They claim to charge only $300 per bike, then you separately deal with EWEB and get your $300 rebate, making it free. But of course they will just never mail you your bike after you pay. This current company is going under the name "Fred's Bikes" and a few months ago it was called "Eugene E-Bikes."

I've been seeing layer cakes that have a whole cheesecake layered in there, and I finally made one! Really happy with it, and excited to try different flavor combos. This one has vanilla cake, vanilla cheesecake, mixed berry (raspberry-blackberry-blueberry) compote, and a German buttercream. I think some citrus curd would be so good to include as well.
