Libido in relationship?

Question: is libido in an official relationship more prone to ROCD and issues than libido with just situationships or crushes? I’ve been diagnosed with OCD, and I absolutely love and am attracted to my partner. However, I’ve been struggling with my own libido since making it official despite not struggling while we were just casual. Could it be because it means more so overthinking happens more, lowering spontaneity and overall sex drive? I’m stumped on what to do because I’m like obsessing over it
