55M via EMS with chest pain x2 days. The patient did report a history of PCI w/ stenting two years ago. The patient did look diaphoretic, therefore I did obtain an EKG. STE 2,3,avf with reciprocal changes. I did call the on call interventional cardiologist…etc

Where did this dictation style come from? I did review many charts and did notice this style. It’s had to have been passed down generations, and is specific to EM Docs.

Hey guys, why is it that my cities look absolutely horrid. For example, flying into seattle, downtown is just a blob, but then other cities i fly into on other days look great? I have everything set to ultra. I have an RTX 4090. High speed internet. No mods or custom scenery. All Default. Am i missing a settings tweak or something?
