Dealer Service: Worth it?

Owning EQS SUV 450+ for about a year and drove about ~9k miles (bought CPO at 30k miles last year), I had a notification on "Due to service". I had absolutely zero issues in the past year. And soon after I bought, I already went to the dealer to do free update the software and did the usual multipoint inspection check and the report found nothing. Sure, brakepad was thinning a bit but I drove 99.9% of the time on 1-pedal anyway (strong recuperation + intelligent when in highway). I already know my usual suspect in maintenance: wiper fluid (EQS SUV drinks it like a juice) and OEM Goodyear F1 tires (which lasts only for 5 minutes lol), both of them were available for self-maintenance in nearest O'Reilly and America's Tire.

Does dealer do any good inspection worth visiting around 40k miles milestone?

What roaches is this?

Only see them once a year or so. Last year it was crawling from under one of the concrete in my backyard (saw it outdoors). Today, somehow it made it through inside my house, wandering from the kitchen/backyard door into my family room. Not aggressive. Went to the back of the drawer and stayed there for a while until I killed it (poor little guy).

Should I be worried?
