Never buy ZOTAC in India Severe harassment by Kaizen Infoserve over paper
I am completely done with ZOTAC and Kaizen Infoserve Their customer service in India is a joke.
This is my second replacement GPU because the first replacement card died within a single week
I missed my college classes and traveled 30 km to their center today just to get a working Product the employees at the desk were lazy and Ignorant they did not look at my ID
They refused to check my digital Collection Code they rejected me just because I did not bring a physical paper Slip
They casually told me to come back tomorrow They act like I have unlimited free time to waste on a 60 km round trip every day
I had to leave empty handed
Why does ZOTAC even send a digital collection code if Kaizen staff will not use it?
I regret trusting ZOTAC I am stuck without a GPU and I missed my classes I will never buy anything from ZOTAC or Kaizen Infoserve again Avoid them.
