I'm pretty sure it was post war. I remember either harry died or was in a coma and they thought he was dead and Draco was Harry's only friend other then Voldemort beacuse Voldemort had won? And when harry saw his friends again they had pretty much become mostly okay with voldemorts rule at this time.

And Draco turned out to be a spy I remember there was a kidnapping plot and ginny was there and I think someone who had divination that they used with dice??
