Google review - appeal successful, but review not removed

I asked to have a one-star review removed from my Google Business Profile because the review was not about my company - it was obviously about a different company. I received an email  from the Google Support Team stating "We found these reviews in violation of Google policies, so we've made all the removals you asked for. Because this request is complete, this email address can't accept replies. We regret any inconvenience." However, the review has not actually been removed and is still showing up on my Google Business Profile with other reviews even though the appeal was approved a month ago. How can I get the review removed since Google approved my request and said it would remove the review that violated Google policies? Thank you.

Apple repair problems

My son is a college student and is home for the month of May before he will leave town for his summer job. He took his Macbook to the local Apple store to repair a broken screen. It took over 2 weeks for Apple to fix the screen, but they called to say they damaged the laptop during the repair and it will no longer charge. They said it will have to remain plugged in to be used; that it won't charge so it will eventually die; and that it won't be able to be turned back on once it dies. They can order a part, but it won't arrive for 14 days (after my son has left town). He needs the Macbook for his job. They are willing to have an Apple store near his summer job do the repair, but it will take 14 days for that store to receive the part and then they will have to schedule the repair after that...so he wouldn't have his Macbook back for a month. They also said they can't release the Macbook to my son until he closes out the current repair job, so they want him to buy a $99 gift card from their store and they will then use that gift card to pay for the repair once the other store repairs the new issue. They said if we didn't want to buy the gift card, they would re-install the cracked screen and give the Macbook back to us and then we could have it re-fixed at the other store next month. They aren't offering any good alternatives. Does anyone have experience with whether Apple will offer a temporary Macbook while the repair is taking place since the Apple store broke it? And does anyone have experience with Apple waiving the $99 repair fee since they created entirely new problems? Looking for a better solution than what has been offered so far...

Thanks.
