Is this possible?

Hello! This may be a silly question but I have a letter I would like to send someone to receive on the anniversary of a death of someone close to them. Obviously said letter would be most impactful on the actual anniversary (which lands on a Monday) but the words will still hold weight the day before or after.

I have considered both USPS priority express, fedex priority overnight, etc. regular snail mail…
Curious if anyone here has any advice

-if I use priority express or something similar, does the 1-2 day shipping timeframe include Sundays?

-should I just send it out in regular mail on Thursday with a prayer?

I don’t mind spending the extra money to ensure and receive confirmation of delivery

Delivery will be made to an apartment building with mailboxes located inside
