Prototype for Brompton bike packaging design

Just wanted to share my packaging design for a bike mudguard flap that I have started making recently. I decided to try some packaging in the hope that independent retailers might be interested. The mount is currently just 1mm greyboard cut with a Cricut machine. The cuts on these pics are a bit rough as I was experimenting with cut depth. The slots hold the product well. The band is 160gsm cardstock. I’m pretty happy with it as a prototype but not sure it is premium enough for retail stores.

Not your factory mudguard flap

If you have a Brompnot with mudguards, let me introduce you to my passion project for the last few months. These are made from the same material as standard mudguard flaps but with my own designs. Would love your feedback. Thanks all!

Brompton custom culture

Is Brompton personalisation a big scene in Singapore? I am starting to make custom Brompton products (decals and mudguard flaps) in the UK but not sure whether there is a market there. I would be interested to learn more. Thank you very much.

Passion project

This is something I have been working on for a while. A series of custom mudguard flaps for 16 inch Bromptons. Would love to get feedback.

I created a couple of decal designs inspired by retro racing car livery. They are tough waterproof vinyl so can be decorative or used as frame protection (prevent cable rub etc). The “76” decal is 75 because 1975 is when Brompton started. Would appreciate any feedback.

I need to cut some 0.5mm thick polypropylene sheet but not sure whether the Cameo 4 or 5 would cope. It’s the kind of tough, flexible plastic that document envelopes/folders are often made from. Does anyone have any experience of cutting materials like this? Thanks!
