I am SO irritable during the summer because I literally can't cool off.

Showering makes me sweat. Getting dressed makes me sweat. I sit in front of the fan after I get out of the shower so I can completely cool off, but the moment I start getting dressed, like putting my bra on, I start sweating and then I feel so sticky after I'm done getting dressed. I dont even know what to do anymore.

No matter what I wear it feels like too much clothing. I go to work and after maybe an hour or two of working my underwear is soaked in sweat. My bra gets wet because I sweat. Literally HOW do you even deal with this???

I am so angry. When I sweat I just get so irritable and the smallest thing sets me off, and I have to survive months of this until winter finally comes again. And I dont even like winter! I love summer, and yet it feels like torture every single day Im not able to just lay in front of a fan all day completely naked.

Does this bra fit me, or is it too tight?

bra pictures

The calculator gave me 36G UK and 36I US. This is a Freya Active bra in 36I US. It feels comfortable but when I look in the mirror I feel like my fat is spilling out of it. Does this look correct, or too tight? I included images of front, sides, and back with/without additional clip between shoulder blades.

I have these shortalls that I absolutely love to wear in warmer weather, and they are long enough that my thighs dont chafe. However, Ive noticed when I walk around in them they start to get bunched up in the crotch and i have to keep pulling them down. Is there some hack that can prevent this or am I screwed? Thank you for all suggestions!!

Edit: okay its from street fighter thank you so much u/goatioli

Is he referencing anything at all? Ive heard him say it a few times in waterpark sim, he'll be like, "wait chat that's perfect!" Then in a deep voice he goes "perfect." He says it the same way every time. Is it a reference or a caseoh-ism? Because Ive started saying it now in my day to day lol

EDIT: Here are my measurements!

Loose underbust: 95cm Snug underbust: 90cm Tight underbust: 88cm Standing bust: 113cm Leaning bust: 120cm Lying bust: 117cm

So I've been wearing a 36DD bra for like, ever, and recently used the calculator in this sub to find out my real measurements. It gave me 36I, so I ordered a 36I bra online. Cup felt amazing, the band was so tight it was squeezing and leaving red lines. So I ordered a 38I bra, wore it and it felt better, but by the middle of the day I had immense pain and red lines again. I am guessing Ill try a 40, but why would my band measurement be so off? Is it the brand Im buying? Im buying bare necessities sports bras at the moment.
