Got asked out by a guy, I said no, & he immediately hit me with the ‘you’re fat & ugly’. So now I’m going to eat healthy (NOT)! Anyway, texted his best friend if he wants to hangout & the best friend responded with a dick pic. This rice & broccoli is after consuming a family size bag of hot Cheetos.

No longer date men and am living a life of celibacy. But every now and then I eat cottage cheese with soft boiled runny eggs to remind myself of their smegma. The sriracha helps keeps me in line with my no sex or love reality.

Tried the Kind Cup

I really wanted to love this cup but it just wasn’t a fit for me. I’ve tried it for 4 cycles now and it always leaks.

Ive been a cup user for almost 10 years now, I’ve tried many cups, the Diva Cup, Saalt, Ziggy, Lily, and the Lily cup compact.

I really had high hopes for this one as the other cups were giving me a lot of discomfort lately. So I’ve been trying new designs and shapes. My first use went pretty well with the Kind, no leaks, it was easy to put in and no discomfort. It was after subsequent uses that it would just leak. I got the correct size for my age and background. But no matter what, I’d end up with leakage and stained underwear.

Any recommendations on a cup? I’m inserting it as directed. I’m on my period now and just couldn’t bare the leakage anymore that I’m wearing a freaking tampon. And I’m hating myself for it because I really don’t like using single use plastic.

Out of all the cups, the best fit for me are the Diva and Lily. However, as mentioned they’ve just been uncomfortable for me. After 2 days of consistent uses, I just can even bare to insert it without pain and cramps. And my periods are usually 5 days with the first 3 days being insanely heavy.

Any recommendations from people that have experienced this are very welcomed. Thank you.

Female, 39, 180 lbs (formally 190 lbs). 2 months into a calorie defect. Height, 5’5’ (and a half to be exact)

I’ve lost 10 pounds so far. I’ve hit a bit of a plateau because I haven’t been able to lose weight the last 3 weeks.

I have always been pretty active even before doing a defect. I enjoy spin classes, I do about 3-4 times a week and I lift weights and/or do Pilates 2-3 times a week prior to even doing a deficit. Weights are pretty light, as the most I do a 20 pound dumbbell.

ATM, I’m eating no more than 1800 cals, and I decided to incorporate some protein powder because my protein intake is pretty low; hoping this will help me lose weight. Despite being pretty active none of my weight is muscle. People say I don’t look 180 but I do have a lot of fat on me. I wear like a size 30 in jeans.

I also can’t work out this week since my lower back just above where my ass crack is hurting. Based on a few google searches it looks like a muscle strain, which I honestly think happened from sitting on a shitty chair, not because of working out. To compensate I am walking to work, which I am not fucking enjoying at all. It’s about 1.5 mile walk, which takes me about 30-40 minutes to complete since I’m a slow walker due to the strain.

Note: I know I should take the opportunity to walk to work more often but I really like spending my lunch at home, which driving gives me that freedom.

Anyway, just some advice if there’s anything else I should do to get out of this stump I’ve hit. And my lack of working out is really going to fuck me up this week. Is 1,800 too much?

▲ 192 r/euphoria

I posted a critique on this show and decided not to watch season 3 but then I found out that there are references to city planning and zoning so I had to watch as I work in that profession.

Planning and zoning is always depicted so wrong in the tv and movies And Euphoria is no different.

  1. Prior to building permits being issued/approved, projects are evaluated for environmental impacts.

Especially in areas like near the coast or where it looks like there can be sensitive habitat, planners can request studies and in this case a biological study would’ve been requested. An environmental report would’ve been prepared called an initial study.

If environmental impacts are discovered through the study then an EIR would’ve been prepared if Nate wanted to proceed with the senior housing project.

  1. Typically applicants/developers (in this case Nate) don’t just get a hearing and ask for approval. They need to go through a planner and planners will not schedule a hearing until we are ready to make a recommendation to the commission. If Nate was my applicant, I would’ve presented on his behalf and either recommend that the commission approve or deny the project. Nate would have the opportunity to speak after I spoke. Planners do not schedule hearings until they are ready to recommend approval. Recommending denial does happen but it’s very rare.

  2. Also depending on the jurisdiction, Nate would need to get approval directly from the States Coastal Commission.

  3. More than likely California’s fish and wildlife would be on his ass. Not planning.

Anyway. Sorry if this was insanely boring.

Edit. To the sarcastic comments, I totally get it but my message was for the young people that are still trying to figure out how the world works.
