Had the last of my second round of six BCGs today. Feels good to be done.

The side effects I was having after doses #9-10 (passing large pieces of pinkish tissue) have largely subsided. I had a few small pieces of tissue after #11 last week. Today I passed a small blood clot immediately after releasing the BCG and have had a few very small pieces of tissue. Other than that, it’s just the burning and urgency I have every time.

Will have a follow up assessment in July. Hopeful that will show no additional cancer cells. In the meantime, headed out for a celebration dinner tonight after my six-hour window is up.

Thanks to everyone who posts here. It has made a difference for me over the last few months.

Last week I started passing small pieces of pinkish tissue in the hours after I released the BCG. It cleared up by evening, save for one more that passed a couple days later.

Had the same thing happen today. Fewer, but larger. Went on for a couple hours and hasn‘t happened since. No visible blood at any time.

Anyone else experience this?
