>97th percentile BPD??

I had a growth ultrasound at 33 weeks this week. Everything came back normal and i! Percentiles in the 50s EXECEPT BPD? HC was 57th percentile which is apparently good and means the BPD isn’t much to worry about, but wtf? Is my baby going to look like Stewie?

Does this indicate anything other than a weird shaped head?

Still waiting on my midwife to call me to go over the results, but any interpretations or personal experiences would be welcome!

13 y/o Morkie restless at night, drinking/peeing frequently, normal bloodwork, temporary improvement on antibiotics

Hi everyone, hoping for some guidance because this has been going on for a few months and he’s driving us crazy

13-year-old male Morkie, 4lbs

His teeth got noticeably worse over the last 6-12 months so we took him to the vet a couple of weeks ago for that as well as the restlessness. The vet recommended a course of antibiotics and extractions. He originally suggested anesthesia to extract all the bad teeth but then changed his mind to taking the worst/loosest ones out on local anesthetic vs risking general anesthetic because of his age and size.

He’s now completed his antibiotics and is scheduled for the local anesthetic extractions a week from now. I do think we saw an improvement in restlessness at night while he was on the antibiotics, but now he’s back to being a psychopath.

Most nights he:
Wakes up repeatedly
Drinks water
Pees (multiple times overnight, thought he has a small bladder and uses a pee pad pretty frequently regularly)
Gets on our bed, off our bed, into his bed, then repeats the cycle

We did bloodwork after the initial appt to assess his potential GA surgery for his teeth and it came back all clear.

No changes in:
appetite
panting
coughing
breathing
No increase in accidents

Is there anything else I should specifically ask my vet to test for, given normal bloodwork?
Is he just going senile?
Would you recommend the GA surgery for his teeth vs LA to better treat him?
Should I just wait and see if he improves after these extractions?

Thank you!
