سلام عليكم، في حد هني ياخذ antidepressants؟

من فترة يتني اكتئاب وOCD, وسرت عند دكتور وعطاني antidepressents اسمه Escitalopram حق 30 days، لكن ما خذيته صراحة لاني خايف شوي

احس تعبت وايد لدرجة نسيت كيف كنت طبيعي قبل وكنت اقول حق عمري يمكن مع الوقت بيروح، بس ما راح وصار اخس. حتى وصلت مرحلة احس اني مب عايش بهالدنيا.

والله ماعرف شو اسوي، أنا ما اعرف شو فيني، هذا كله يتني بعد panic attack

هل تنصحون إني اخذ antidepressants؟ واذا حد خذا قبل، كيف كانت وياكم؟

Hi guys I’ve been dealing with panic attacks for like 1 mont straight and after that it’s been happening rarely but for the next 2 months I had depression ocd ruminations and DPDR, sometimes it wouldn’t be depression and just ocd and overthinking (existential stuff), I felt unreal and my brain is getting cooked day by day and losing myself, yet I’m fine physically sometimes but I can’t sleep well. However I’ve started to become extremely depressed and don’t want to do anything and I’m feeling detached to my family and all that.

I went to psychiatrist and they prescribed me lexapro 10MG taken for 30 days. My therapist told me it wasn’t addictive and all I needed to do was punch the anxiety so it wouldn’t strike back because, he was honest, he didn’t guarantee that it would help me. But my question is, will I really be back to normal after taking lexapro daily for 30 days? After that I stop right?
