On the matter of attaining a Wing.
To Mount Liang, From the former Z Corp.,
In the last two decades or so, by the time scale of A Corp., I have been unfortunately–or fortunately, a matter of opinion really–been lost in the remains of the former Z Corp. Territories. Not once have I found a way back, not out of trying but out of curiosity and the desire to delve deeper into the mysteries of this place, of which I seem to recall some fuzzy, nigh-faded memories.
However, I have not been without communication–as evident by my ability to even relay this message–with those within the City. Of these, an old acquaintance of mine, whom now occupies good standing within the workings of A Corp., has been the very best source of information as to the running and events of the City in the time I've been unable to see it myself. And, on the matter, I came to ask her during our last talk—on the matter of Z Corp.'s reinstatement as a proper Wing of the City, and if I would be eligible to lead it, or if my status as a member of a Finger would deny me that role.
As she has informed me, it would be like any other Wing's rise, though without the need to make another fall. However, knowing that I have been absent for a long time, thus being somewhat out of touch even with my friend's assistance, and with the knowledge that such an event would undoubtedly have some impact on our syndicate–good or bad–I do wish to ask and converse on the subject with you, fellow Stars.
This is a great opportunity for the Pinky, to hold a Wing of our own, but I see both benefits and downsides to my own standing were I to serve as it's director. Though undoubtedly the utmost experienced with Z Corp.'s unique position, and what would come with it, I am also out of touch, as stated previously. Thus, I believe the decision should come as that of a committee, that each and every Star–withing their own ability–convene and decide on the future of this endeavor.
