Weapons: heaven's tear (black rapier with thin golden blade, after each hit on target appear golden tear that constantly bleed. Tear can be activate by thrusting a rapier at a target and cannot be healed. Tears deals much stronger cuts to target. Can't stack more than 10. Acts like normal slash on non living objects).Have accelerating clock (small yellow hand clock, probably made in T corp. Allows user to speed up for 1 minute (can be canceled) by pressing button in upper part of clock. This action drains user's energy. Overuse acceleration can cause loss of consciousness and, in the worst case, cardiac arrest.

Appearance: 1.78m/5'10

Yellow eyes, short dark hair, usually tousled (he doesn't see the point in styling or combing his hair). Mostly wear something simple like dark green military pants, white shirt and dark-colored hoodie. Most important part is long, green scarf with smal yellow stripes along it. Scarf can store small items but need to be fully expanded to get access to stored items (can't store big/heavy items like swords, hammers and other weapons).

Temper: mostly calm and soft. Nervous when meet new people or in awkward situations.

Always have some extra resources like bandages, k corp ampules etc. During fight or work he serious and never get distracted.

Background:

One day he just woke up in w corp station in district 23. He didn't know why he is here. But when one man distorted he instantly attack him protecting little brothers of middle. After this situation he start working in w corp. He didn't ask too much but still trying to know who is he. During one taks he met middle members ask him for help. They need found and kill guy form H corp. And yes Nero helped them and become "brother of the middle" (he never become part of syndicate but help members with vengeance requests. Nero think that tattoos really painful to get).In H corp he found old man who searching for opponent. Nero lost and nearly died but old man stopped and go away. After this fight Nero started training and learn how control shin and mang.During his work he visited half of all districts where he found nothing about his past.

About pinky he knew from workshop worker. She told him some rumors about it. Nero want join pinky to become strong enough to beat old man and find out who he was.

(Ooc: idk should I add this part about his motivation, it kinda bad but I want be just small part of reddit city who lost his life.)
