This is my formal request to be the Diasun star of the pinky. I came from the ring and I'm not sure if you will take me in or not.

Quite some time ago I joined the ring as a student of cubism after finding an interest in art from seeing them. I lived a comfortable life in the nest of District 23 before deciding to seek out the ring in the backstreets. I then joined the ring and worked my way up to become a Docent of the ring by creating many pieces of artwork.
However I was unsatisfied with my work in the ring and decided to seek out a different kinship in the pinky.
After some time of wandering I've finally decided to formally request a position of a star I am not sure if it is claimed or not. I do apologise if it is currently held and wasting your time.
What makes me a good fit?
I am a rather strong fixer with a desire to end fights quickly. Having a no nonsense attitude to combat. I wish to assist as another one of your stars as I will remain loyal once I've found my purpose.

So far in my workshop, development of the power armor is going quite well, experimenting with some warp tech. However, detrimental occurred, somehow a distortion of some sorts broke in while development of a prototype. Injuring me while combating it, stealing the prototype. My fellow workshop members, you have to continue the next few days of development without me. Seems like I’ve lost a limb or two. To the Thumb, be careful of such a distortion. It, no he is extremely powerful, I’m not sure how strong he is with the armor now.I have posted a photo of its appearance, to those who are strong, please hunt it down, otherwise run if you see it.
Fellow stars, it has probably come to mind that the new "Church of Hod" is planning to hire the Liu Association and the Zwei Association to assist the church in the event of a possible Index invasion.

so i was tidying up my collection storage and found this "ah, one of my ruin exploration finding" tried to unsheathe it "ugh, still locked shut" . it's a blade with some intricate design, i still have no idea how to unlock it,there's no key hole or something,mist be unlocked if it encountered something, tried to bring it to fight from regular human enemies to some fucked up creatures, still can't be unsheathed, the only thing i didn't fight yet are distortion, but you know yourself distortion are a hassle to fight, maybe i'll try fight one of them while bringing this

Usually, I don’t pay much attention to my dreams, nor do I believe they reveal anything in particular. However, yesterday I had a dream so strange and specific that I feel compelled to share it.
In my dream, I was accompanied by a woman who was my teacher. Yet I was not truly "myself", I was seeing everything through someone else’s eyes. I couldn’t control anything or speak; I was merely a spectator. From this point onward, I will refer to the body I was inhabiting as "the student.’’ I also don’t know exactly which District they were in, but judging by the architecture, I assume it was somewhere in the Backstreets of a southern or eastern District.
The teacher and the student were hiding from the Middle. I don’t know what they had done, but it was enough to anger a Great Brother. Strangely enough, the Middle hadn’t found them because a Big Sister of the Middle was hiding them on the upper floor of a shop. I don’t know her reasons, but the teacher and the Big Sister seemed to be close friends, so I assume that was why.
Unfortunately, the Great Brother eventually discovered their hideout. They tried to escape, but the Great Brother caught the teacher, who bought enough time for her student to flee.
A few nights later, the student attempted to return to the Big Sister, only to overhear the Big Brother killing her for sheltering two targets listed in the Book. Once again, the student was forced to run away.
The last thing that happened before I woke up was the student finding refuge inside an abandoned house near the border of the District.
I don’t know whether this dream was a literal warning or something meant to be interpreted differently.

Pre-Index Lore: A man who hails from Nest K who yearned for something more so he departed to travel through The City, going through most of the Nests and Backstreets of The City until he heard rumors about people turning into Monsters or Gaining Extraordinary abilities after hearing a voice.
So one day he tried to get the voice to reach him after months of research on how the voice appears and why it targets a specific person. The voice then reached him, the offer was temping though he refused so it caused him to manifest his E.G.O. in the form of a Fate Manipulating Coin.
After manifesting his E.G.O. he received a Paper slip telling him to join the Index, at first he contemplated about joining a Syndicate since he had been a Feather for his whole life though eventually he decided to join.
E.G.O. Explaination: All Or Nothing is a Coin that manipulates fate. Heads is the desired outcome while tails will be the repercussions for trying to change fate. If the coin lands in Heads then the user will not take the consequences, the consequences are based on what the desired outcome is so for example the desired outcome was for someone to not die, the repercussions on tails would be the death of the target or user.
As of joining the Index All or Nothing hasn't been used often.
Index Lore: Once he joined the Index as a Proselyte he was given mundane and deceivingly easy Prescripts though he didn't spend much time as a Proselyte as he received a Prescript telling him to walk into traffic to be promoted to Messenger.
Due to it not specifying what type of traffic he simply walked into Foot Traffic. Once he was promoted to Messenger rarely anything interesting happened until the Syndicate War where Hermes had given him the title of Tagimron.
He didn't participate much in the war other than gathering information on the members of The Index, though once the war ended when the Den of Ravens was established he went back to giving Prescripts to the Denizens of The City.
Seven Association Lore: Before getting to Prescript to join Seven Association Kel was fighting off a WAW Abnormality. During said fight his E.G.O. activated in a different way, the coin used for the E.G.O. grew in size to form a shield against the attacks of the Abnormality.
Though it wasn't enough to stop the Abno, Kel ended up injured without any K-Corp Ampules on him. Then Autolcycus found him, took him to her office to clean him up. She saw potential in him especially his E.G.O./Psychoment (Yes I'll start calling it as Psychoment). She fed him food with canned experience to try and make him forget about the Index and to make him loyal to her.
Kel noticed things felt weird every time he's had a meeting with Autolcycus but he put it off as sleep deprivation and nothing more. He continued living the double-life of being part of Seven Association and being an Index Messenger.
Also he gambled all of Seven Association's Ahn and quadrupled it, yes this shit is actually real.
Reason: "This request is simply out of curiosity, I did not know who the previous Disha Star was though I wish to learn about the histories of each star and its previous holders. Knowledge has been my calling ever since I left K-Corp so of course I would want to learn more about the so called "The Most Mysterious Finger", as of right now Hermes hasn't been giving me as many Prescripts as before so I have time to "be myself" and since the Pinky is known for the freedom of it's members I would like to join."

Some years ago Maruyama began life in the S-Corp Backstreets as a Salt merchant barely making ends meet each day. He yearned for a better life, but didn't have the means to do so. However, he heard of the Blade Linage's reputation and got his fixer license. He trained furiously anytime he wasn't working his shop stand, his customers began to notice the scars and realized his path, abandoning the small shop. So he eventually sold the shop after buisness slowed to a halt and used that money for Augments and a weapon. Around grade 5 he asked to join the Lineage, where he was let in due to the appreciation of the numerous scars and dedication he had to protecting others.
He managed to work very hard even as a salsu and gained plenty of respect from his peers and the mentor of the blade lineage. However, one day the lineage took and invitation to the library, and proceeded to get defeated by the general works group. After the events of the library they were un-booked and he partook in the Blade Lineage and Kurokumo conflict, where he struggled.
After several defeats, he was thought to be dead after a fateful encounter, being unknowingly abandoned by the remaining Blade Lineage members. After the dust settled he picked himself back up and continued solo fixer work, having long lost where his faction had went. With a heavy heart he climbed his way to grade 2, being kind of stuck there since.
He's now considering joining the Pinky, to find new kin.
What makes you a good fit?
Maruyama is a consistent guardian of others alongside being very powerful as a grade 2, but he is limited by his lack of a group to protect and general loneliness, however once he is in a fitting group, he is a powerhouse, he can be called upon any time to assist any star, and he will never betray or abandon those in the pinky once he is in it (not that he would otherwise) he also makes really good tea, no joke.
He is able to teach or mentor others too, should the need arise.
First of all, thanks to everyone who gave me their feedback on my first attempt, I took your comments into account. Second, I nerfed my OC because my original kit was way too OP This time, I tried to make it more balanced and not as absurdly strong (hopefully I managed to do it this time).
