If this is the case, then many lawyers should be subjected to disciplinary action from tye Supreme Court.

And how ironic it is that the person that caused Falcis this unfortunate event is the same cohorts/“color” he is defending for the last decade- an Aquino.

But nonetheless, I am not sure if Atty. Falcis is an active lawyer in the past five years as I have not seen or heard that he has a client. He seems like a full-time social media personality and political commentator and his suspension definitely would not affect that.
